Town of Dell Prairie Plan Commission Meeting Agenda

The Plan Commission will meet Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Dell Prairie Town Hall, 763 County Road K, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The agenda is as follows:

1. Call to order
2. Certify compliance with open meeting requirements
3. Daniela Samborski, property owner of tax parcel number 008-00166-0000 requesting a rezone of the entire 6.17 acre parcel from A3 to B1, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
4. Jason Stroede, representing property owner Barbara Jacobson, 4129 9^th Avenue, tax parcel number 008-00831-0000, requesting a rezone of the entire 7.45 acre parcel from A3 to R1, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
