Town of Dell Prairie Plan Commission Meeting Agenda

The Plan Commission will meet Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Dell Prairie 
Town Hall, 763 County Road K, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The agenda is as follows:  
1. Call to order 
2.  Certify compliance with open meeting requirements 
3. Taras Ievdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 
3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting a 
rezone of the entire 9.44 acre parcel from A3 to PR (Planned Residential), to comply 
with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.  
4. Review the terms of Plan Commission members and future commission member 
appointments. 
5. Adjournment
