CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: Once you are on the Adams County Land Records Web Portal, you will select "Tax & Assessment System" and accept the terms of the disclaimer. "Accept and Sign In" under the Guest Sign In option. That will lead you to the "Cart" You can search your property a couple different ways, the best way is to put in the tax parcel number. Your information will show at the bottom of the screen - select "Add to Cart", followed by "View Cart" to check out like a regular online purchase. There is a fee for each transaction.
First installment and full tax payments by credit card or mail only, due January 31st .
There will be NO IN-PERSON tax collection at the Town Hall.
For your convenience, there is a drop box at Town Hall located at 763 County Rd. K
