Town Board Meeting Agenda

Town of Dell Prairie

The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, March 11th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

  1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
  4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
  5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
  6. Approve payment of bills presented
  7. County Supervisor Reports

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

  1. Myroslava Chyzhevska and Nazariy Logvinenko, property owners of 1133 Gale Avenue, tax parcel number 008-00120-0015 requesting a rezone of the entire 2 acre parcel from R1 to PR, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  2. Myroslava Chyzhevska and Nazariy Logvinenko, property owners of 1133 Gale Avenue, tax parcel number 008-00120-0015 requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for two (2) rental dwellings on the parcel, to allow for short term rentals, to conform with section 405.37(c) of the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  3. William Nash, property owner of tax parcel number 008-01097-0000 requesting a rezone of the entire 12.88 acres from A1(15) Farmland Preservation to A3 to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  4. Appointment of Town Treasurer.
  5. Salary of Appointed Town Treasurer.
  6. Fire Number ordering and installing being done by Adams County Treasurer’s Department.
  7. Road discussion and scheduling of annual road tour with board members.
  8. Adjournment
