Town of Dell Prairie

The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

  1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
  4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
  5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
  6. Approve payment of bills presented
  7. County Supervisor Reports

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

  1. Milestone Materials on behalf of Chris Riley, property owner of 648 Golden Court, tax parcels 008-01014-0000, 008-1013-0000, and 008-01021-0000 requesting a approval of a Conditional Use Permit for continued use and expansion of non-metallic mine on property, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  2. Taras Levdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting a rezone of the entire 9.44 acre parcel from A3 to PR (Planned Residential), to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  3. Taras Levdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for short term rentals in current cabin and add 6-8 small RV park models for short term rentals, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  4. Review the revisions to the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance and set Special Meeting date if needed.
  5. Cemetery Sexton discussion and recruitment.
  6. Adjournment
