Town of Dell Prairie
The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. The agenda is as follows:
- Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
- Treasurer’s Financial Report
- Clerk’s Monthly Report
- Approve payment of bills presented
- County Supervisor Reports
Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:
- Milestone Materials on behalf of Chris Riley, property owner of 648 Golden Court, tax parcels 008-01014-0000, 008-1013-0000, and 008-01021-0000 requesting a approval of a Conditional Use Permit for continued use and expansion of non-metallic mine on property, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Taras Levdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting a rezone of the entire 9.44 acre parcel from A3 to PR (Planned Residential), to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Taras Levdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for short term rentals in current cabin and add 6-8 small RV park models for short term rentals, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Review the revisions to the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance and set Special Meeting date if needed.
- Cemetery Sexton discussion and recruitment.
