Town of Dell Prairie
The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, November 11th, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. The agenda is as follows:
- Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement

- Approve payment of bills presented
- County Supervisor Reports
Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:
A.Taras Ievdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting a rezone of the entire 9.44 acre parcel from A3 to PR (Planned Residential), to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
B.Taras Ievdokymov and Kateryna Ortiz, representing property owner Robert Wick, Jr., 3868 and 3868A County Road Q, tax parcel number 008-00511-0010, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for short term rentals in current cabin and add additional small cabins for short term rentals, to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
C. Resolution 04-2025 ATV/UTV Use on Golden Avenue and River Road (West on Golden Avenue to River Road and South on River Road to county line).
D. Proposed 2026 Budget review.
