The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, April 14th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

  1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
  4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
  5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
  6. Approve payment of bills presented
  7. County Supervisor Reports

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

  1. Scott Hewitt, Grothman & Associates representing Virgil Pumputis, property owner of parcels: 008-00264-0000, 008-00263-0000, 008-00271-0000, 008-00266-0000, 008-00266-0000, and 008-00264-0010 requesting a rezone from A1(15), A1(35), and R-1 to A1(35) and A1-(15) to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  2. Torry Wolfram, representing property owner of 4184 State Hwy 23, parcel number 008-01088-0000, requesting a rezone from R1 to B1 of the entire 1.9 acre parcel to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  3. Resolution 03-2026 – A resolution proposing to discontinue Franklin Street and Orlean Street located in the Town of Dell Prairie, Adams County, Wisconsin, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 66.1003.
  4. 2026 contracted road work discussion.
  5. Town tornado siren update and discussion.
  6. Sandstone Concessions requesting a Class B Alcohol License for Witches Gulch.                          Adjournment
