- Devon Daniel, property owner of tax parcel 008-00308-0010, located at 1000 Gem Court, requesting a rezone of two areas (.28 acre and .18 acre) within the 9.44 acre parcel to B1 with the remaining acreage to remain R1 to conform with the Adams County Planning and Zoning ordinance.
