Town of Dell Prairie

The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirements
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
6. Approve payment of bills presented
7. County Supervisor Reports

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

1. Kara Dolezal, candidate running for Adams County Treasurer introduction.
2. Fiorella Neira, property owner of tax parcel number 008-00871-0015, requesting a rezone approval of 3.12 of the 10.59 acres from R1-LL to A3, to conform with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
3. Fiorella Neira, property owner of tax parcel number 008-00871-0015, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the creation of a family farm business with an alpaca farm and store on the property.
4. Chad Parkhurst, property owner of 3746 State Hwy 13, tax parcel number 008- requesting approval of a variance to allow for deck to be constructed within the road right of way.
5. Opening of parking lot resurfacing proposals received.
6. Operator’s License approval for Alisha Rodriquez
7. Adams County Chamber of Commerce Tourism Agreement
8.   Adjournment
