Town of Dell Prairie
The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall. The agenda is as follows:

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:
- Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting a rezone of 5 acres of the 10 acre parcel to PR with the remaining 5 acres zoned as A3, to conform with the Adams County Planning and Zoning ordinance.
- Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for 5 acres to be a farm family business to farm alpaca, sell farm products, and offer farm tours, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for 5 acres the 10 acre parcel to have 4 unit resort, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a variance permit to allow 5 of the 10 acre parcel to have up to 20 alpaca on their family farm, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
