Town Board Meeting Agenda

Town of Dell Prairie

 The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, July 11th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

  1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
  4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
  5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
  6. Approve payment of bills presented
  7. County Supervisor Reports
  8. ATV/UTV Report

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

  1. Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting a rezone of 5 acres of the 10 acre parcel to PR with the remaining 5 acres zoned as A3, to conform with the Adams County Planning and Zoning ordinance.
  2. Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for 5 acres to be a farm family business to farm alpaca, sell farm products, and offer farm tours, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  3. Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a conditional use permit to allow for 5 acres the 10 acre parcel to have 4 unit resort, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  4. Fiorella Neira/Travel to Belong, property owner of tax parcel 008-00639-0010, 3977 9th Avenue, requesting approval of a variance permit to allow 5 of the 10 acre parcel to have up to 20 alpaca on their family farm, to comply with Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
  5. Town Hall upgrades discussion.
  6. Room Tax Ordinance update.
  7. Adjournment
