The Plan Commission will meet Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Dell Prairie Town Hall, 763 County Road K, Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The agenda is as follows:
- Call to order
- Certify compliance with open meeting requirements
- Torry Wolfram, representing property owner James Andersen, tax parcel number 008-01078-0020, requesting a rezone from R1-LL to B1 of the entire 2.69 acre parcel to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
- Charity King, property owner of 819 Gillette Lane, tax parcel number 008-00466-0020, requesting a rezone from R1 to R3 of the entire 2.06 acre parcel to allow for placement of a single wide manufactured home to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
