Town of Dell Prairie

The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall.  The agenda is as follows: 

1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirement
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
4. Treasurer’s Financial Report
5. Clerk’s Monthly Report
6. Approve payment of bills presented
7. County Supervisor Reports

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:

1. Edward Reinwand, property owner of 944 Gillette Lane, tax parcel number 008-00488-0000, requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow for replacement of single wide manufactured home with brand new single wide manufactured home to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
2. James Andersen, property owner of tax parcel 008-01078-0020, requesting rezone approval of the entire 2.69 acre parcel from R1-LL to B1 to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
3. Charity King, property owner of 819 Gillette Lane, tax parcel number 008-00466-0020, requesting rezone approval of the entire 2.06 acre parcel from R1 to R3 to allow for a new single wide manufactured home to comply with the Adams County Planning and Zoning Ordinance.
