Town of Dell Prairie
The next meeting of the Dell Prairie Town Board will be Tuesday, October 10th, 2023 at 7:00 
p.m. in the Town Hall. The agenda is as follows:
1. Call meeting to order and certify compliance with open meeting requirements

3. Approve the minutes from the previous Town Board Meeting
4. Treasurer’s Financial Report

6. Approve payment of bills presented

Town Business – Discussion and possible action on the following:
A. Devon Daniel, property owner of tax parcel 008-00308-0010, located at 1000 Gem Court, 
requesting a rezone of two areas (.28 acre and .18 acre) within the 9.44 acre parcel to B1 
with the remaining acreage to remain R1 to conform with the Adams County Planning 
and Zoning ordinance. 
B. Bulk snowplow blades purchase.
C. Town Hall upgrade discussion and schedule of work to be completed.
D. 2023 Year to Date Financials and 2024 Budget discussion.
E. Ordinance #02-2023 Room Tax Ordinance Amendment.
F. Resolution #01-2023 To Open Gulch Road to UTV/ATV use.
